Secure Machinery Co. LTD finalized the export of a Zoomlion TC5013 tower crane to a construction company in Izmir, Turkey. This case demonstrates our capability to supply mid-size tower cranes with precise compliance to European-oriented documentation and detailed packaging requirements.

The client required a 50m jib, 6-ton tower crane for a mid-rise residential development. After a technical evaluation, our sales consultant Vicky recommended a 2017 Zoomlion TC5013A unit based on its operational reliability, maintenance record, and suitability for residential construction cycles.

Secure Machinery performed a complete technical inspection, following both manufacturer and internal QC standards:

• Structural weld and stress-point inspection

• Mast verticality and distortion measurement

• Hoist motor performance under varied load conditions

• Slewing mechanism operational stability assessment

• Electric control cabinet insulation and humidity resistance test

• Safety system verification, including overload protection and limit devices

All data and visual evidence were compiled into a formal engineer-certified report submitted to the client.

The tower crane was dismantled and packed into three 40HQ containers, with all key components identified using Secure Machinery’s standardized marking system. Additional anti-rust coating and protective reinforcement were applied to support sea transit through the Mediterranean region.

Turkey maintains strict documentation requirements for crane importation. Secure Machinery prepared all necessary documents, including a serial-number-based packing list, accurate weight declaration for each component, certificate of origin, and manufacturer year confirmation.

The shipment arrived at Izmir Port without delays. The client confirmed that the components were well-organized, clean, and easy to assemble, significantly reducing onsite installation time. The crane has since been operating reliably, contributing to the project’s accelerated construction schedule.
